Mario Amalfitano is the President of GC Aero Flexible Circuits, Inc., a dedicated flexible printed circuit manufacturer based in Carson, California. With more than 30 years of hands-on experience in FPC fabrication, Mario has built GCA Flex into one of the most trusted domestic flex circuit manufacturers serving aerospace, defense, medical device, and automotive markets.
Under Mario’s leadership, GCA Flex has achieved and maintained ISO 9001:2008 certification, ITAR registration, and TS 16949 automotive certification — representing a commitment to quality systems that mirror the standards his customers operate under. His engineering-first approach means every customer receives direct access to flex circuit expertise, not a sales layer.
Mario’s specialty spans the full range of flexible circuit construction — from cost-effective single-sided KAPTON assemblies to complex multilayer rigid-flex circuits for mission-critical avionics and implantable medical devices.
